Every device we sell is covered for two years against manufacturing faults. That is longer than the standard one year, and it is handled locally rather than by shipping your device abroad.
Keep your receipt. It is the only thing we need to honour a warranty claim, and we can look it up if you bought online.
We dispatch from Nairobi, and we tell you the courier name and tracking number as soon as a parcel leaves us.
Every parcel is insured while it is with the courier. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
