Buying for a business
We can invoice a company and accept an LPO. Talk to us before placing the order.
Instalment plans are subject to approval. No interest is charged, and there is no penalty for settling early.

Instalments are available on orders from KSh50,000. Below that the order is paid in full.
Every device we sell is covered for two years against manufacturing faults. That is longer than the standard one year, and it is handled locally rather than by shipping your device abroad.
What is covered
Faults that were there from the factory: batteries that will not hold charge, screens with dead areas, cameras that fail, ports that stop working without damage.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, and normal wear such as a battery losing capacity over time. We can still repair these, but they are quoted separately.
How to claim
Bring the device and your receipt to any of our stores, or start a repair request online. Diagnostics are free either way.
How long it takes
Most warranty repairs are done within three to five working days. If a part has to be ordered we will tell you before we start.
Keep your receipt. It is the only thing we need to honour a warranty claim, and we can look it up if you bought online.
We dispatch from Nairobi, and we tell you the courier name and tracking number as soon as a parcel leaves us.

One to two working days by courier, from KShs 400 depending on the destination.
Collect from a store
Free, and usually ready within two hours during opening times. Bring your ID and the order number.
Outside Kenya
We ship across East Africa. Duties and taxes at the destination are yours to settle.
Every parcel is insured while it is with the courier. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
